QUESTIONS ABOUT SERVICE

Do you have a minimum order? Yes, the minimum for 1 or 2 color printing is 12, 3 color printing is 36, 4 color printing is 72, 5 or 6 color printing is 144.

What is your turn around time, and is the work done on premises? About two weeks, although we offer rush service for an additional fee. All our work in done in our Ballston Spa facility.

Do you offer art services? We have an in-house art department. Proofs will be provided before the job prints.

Do you require a deposit? On new orders we require 50% up front, and the balance at the time of pickup. We will also accept a purchase order or credit upon approval.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Do I have to come in to place an order? No, you can also place your order by phone, fax or email.

Do you do heat transfers? We have heat transfer letters and numbers for jerseys, but we do not carry heat transfer images

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

How many colors can you print? We can print up to eight (8) colors on each image

What format should artowork be submitted in? Artwork should be submitted in vector format (.eps, .ai, or .cdr) via email or on a disk. Only spot colors should be used. Call if you need help creating your files.

What computer programs do you use? CorelDraw 13, and Adobe Photoshop CS5, Illustrator CS5 and older versions of these.

Can you match PMS colors? Yes, there is a color matching fee. We have a large selection of stock colors.

How big can an image be printed? The maximum imprint area on adult size shirts is 13 1/2" wide by 15" high. Left chest prints are usually 4" wide.

Do customers own their own screens? No, the screen fee is a labor charge which covers the production of the screens.

Do you only print t-shirts? No, we also print sweats, golf shirts, baseball hats, jackets, team jerseys, shorts, tote bags, aprons, etc.

What brands do you carry? Our most popular brands are Gildan, Fruit of the Loom and Jerzees. But we also carry products by, Outerbanks, Anvil, Augusta, Badger and others.

Do you have a catalog? Yes, our free catalog is now available and it is also on this website. To get one, come by our office, call, fax, or email us your address.

Do you sell pre-printed t-shirts? No, we only do custom work.

What sizes are available? Most items are available in adult sizess S (34-36), M (38-40), L(42-44) XL (46-48), XXL (50-52), XXXL (54-56) and youth sizes XS (2-4), S (6-8), M (10-12), L (14-16).

Do you have samples for customers to compare? Yes, we have samples of most items and colors at our office in Ballston Spa.
